Reduce cost of installation and maintenance on CHS posts by securing your posts using Smart sustainable Foundations from $25.00 (lifetime warranty)*

      Sustainable Foundations from $24.00

Foundations remain in pristine condition- protected from damage for the entire lifespan of a development. The Smart Taper-lock is the only securing device that keeps items safe and secure and keeps working year after year, impact after impact. Posts removable using tools.

Sustainable foundations provide a significant cost benefit in replacing the damaged sign post by re-using the existing footing.  Our selection is not based on price alone, also the safety & saving aspects. The Smart Taper-lock allows the quick replacement of posts, with no further effort required to the base and reduces risk to employees by reducing time spent exposed to traffic!”  MRWA

Large range of wall thicknesses available. (NB Be wary of cheap Asian imports that shear off like a tin can when impacted, creating dangerous litigation risks). Always check the wal thickness before purchasing. We supply quality galvansied steel posts to MRWA Specifications and for local govt we supply 2.3/2.9 and 3.6 wall thickness posts (up to 5mm for Impact Recovery Bollards internal posts).

Many years ago MRWA had a problem with CHS posts spinning so reverted to RHS (despite the added expense). As Smart Foundations stop CHS posts from spinning and are equally frangible, MRWA has now approved the use of CHS posts for securing traffic signage in all regions (including cyclone zones)
